• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Final sale items, including clearance products, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

• Package the item securely and include the RAN in the return shipment.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• International returns may incur additional customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Follow the return process and specify the desired exchange item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
